Security Certificates produced for a university in Libya.

Communication Requirements

Through multiple rounds of in-depth discussions, the university articulated stringent requirements for the certificates. It mandated the integration of cutting-edge anti-counterfeiting technologies while simultaneously ensuring that the design embodies the institution's unique identity and solemnity. Furthermore, the certificates were required to meet high standards in durability and material quality, commensurate with their significance as official academic credentials.

Design Ideas

1.Overall Layout:

Based on the design concept of simplicity and solemnity, beige colour is chosen as the main colour with blue border decoration, highlighting the formality and seriousness of the certificate.

2. Anti-counterfeiting element design：

Invisible fluorescence: The school badge and name are printed with invisible fluorescent ink. They are invisible under normal light; under ultraviolet light, the school badge will show a unique color and the name will have a fluorescent effect, which plays a role in anti-counterfeiting and brand recognition.

Hot stamping holographic: At the bottom of the certificate, the holographic pattern comes from the book - a fusion of African maps. The dynamic light and gorgeous colors are hard to replicate from different angles.

Serial Code: Six - digit red code at certificate bottom, unique each pieces, linked to school system for authenticity and grad info check.

Microtext: viewable with > 20X magnifier, making forgery harder.

Product Applications

On important occasions such as graduation ceremonies, the school strictly follows the process of issuing anti-counterfeiting certificates. Graduates are required to sign to confirm receipt and to register information such as the serial code of the certificate.
